8.050 Cemetery Rules.

The Streets and Sanitation Committee of the Common Council shall be responsible for promulgating rules governing the operation and regulation of the cemetery, which rules shall be subject to approval of the Common Council. The Department of Public Works may make recommendations to the Streets and Sanitation Committee requesting any amendments to the cemetery rules.

A copy of the rules shall be kept on file in the City Clerk’s office and additional copies shall be available to the public from the cemetery office.
