WEED COMMISSIONER

2.50.010 Appointment.
The town chair may, pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section 66.0517, appoint, on or before May 15th of each year, a weed commissioner or weed commissioners. The person appointed will hold the office for one year and until a successor has been qualified. If more than one person is appointed, the town chair shall divide the town into districts and each weed commissioner shall be assigned a district. [Code 2002 § 2-226.]
