The 2021 International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, as if set forth at length herein, as the property maintenance code of the city of Laguna Hills. Not less than one copy of said code has been filed in the office of the City Clerk and shall be made available for public inspection. (Ord. 2022-3 § 12)
