9.04.010 Loitering on highways and/or fishing from bridges prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to loiter, stand, sit upon or to fish from the traveled portion of any bridge crossing any river, creek or stream, on any public highway in the county (Ord. 169 § 1, 1951)

9.04.020 Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or permitting a child in his custody or under his control or direction to violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the County Jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars, or by both fine and imprisonment.
