It is unlawful for any association, corporation or person to drive, or cause to be driven, a wagon, buggy, motor vehicle or any vehicle over a fire hose in the county and the unincorporated towns therein, except in case of an emergency, an ambulance or a vehicle carrying U.S. Mail. (Ord. 131 § 1, 1942)
10.16.020 Violation—Penalty.
Any person, association or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars and not more than two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 131 § 2, 1942)
