14.16.010 Adoption.

The “2016 California Plumbing Code,” as adopted and approved by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, 5032 Alhambra Avenue, Los Angeles, California, 90032, and based on the Uniform Plumbing Code, referred to as the “code” in this chapter, except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is adopted by the city pursuant to the provisions of Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive, of the California Government Code. 14.16.025 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.

All supplements, revisions and amendments to the code as may be hereafter approved and adopted by the state are adopted and made a part of this code. (Ord. 2007-11 (part), 2007: Ord. 2004-5 (part), 2004: Ord. 594 § 2, 1978)

14.16.040 Violation—Infraction.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including any violation of the provisions of the California Plumbing Code or all other amendments, revisions or supplements, shall be guilty of an infraction and upon the conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for a first violation; a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for a second violation of the same ordinance within one year; a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation of the same ordinance within one year.
