2.48.010 Statutory authority.
Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the state of California shall apply to all decisions made by the city council and by any commission, board, officer or agent of the city for which judicial review is sought pursuant to Section 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the state of California.
