11.08.010 Bulletin boards established.

A. Three bulletin boards shall be provided and maintained for the use of the City officials of the City.

B. One City bulletin board shall be erected and maintained in the lobby of the City Hall, 1200 “O” Street; another shall be erected and maintained in the Public Library building, and another shall be erected and maintained in the lobby of the United States Post Office.

11.08.020 Regulations governing bulletin boards.

The bulletin boards shall be designated and known as “City Bulletin Boards,” and any person not authorized by the provisions of the City or the acts of the City Council who places thereon any bill, advertisement, card, poster or other document, whether written or printed, or tears off, mutilates, removes or defaces any document, notice, poster, bill or other written or printed instrument whatever, which has been placed on the City bulletin boards, or any of them, by an officer or other person authorized so to do, or who defaces, destroys or mutilates said boards, or any of them, in any unauthorized manner, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction1.
