8.05.010 Johnson County Board of Health.

Johnson County Board of Health shall be called for assistance on any matters of public health within the City. The City of Gardner did appoint Johnson County Health Officer as the Health Officer for the City of Gardner, Kansas. (Ord. 1409 § 1. Code 1990 § 9-101)

8.05.020 Reporting deaths.

It shall be the duty of every practicing physician to report in writing to the Secretary of the Board of Health the names of persons attended by such physician who have died within 24 hours next preceding report. (R.O. 1926, No. 48. Code 1990 § 9-103)

8.05.030 Reporting births.

It shall be the duty of every practicing physician, accoucheur, or midwife practicing in this City to report to the Secretary of the Board of Health the birth of each and every child hereafter born in this City attended by such physician, accoucheur, or midwife, giving date of birth, sex of child and name of parents, within 24 hours after such birth.
