9.06.010 Resisting--Assistance.

It is unlawful for any person to hinder, delay, obstruct or resist any peace officer who is acting in the performance of his duties, and it shall be the duty of every person to render assistance to such peace officer when so requested. It is further unlawful to aid, abet or assist the escape of any person in the custody of any such officer, whether such escape is successfully effected or not. (Ord. 306 §69, 1951).

9.06.020 Impersonating.

It is unlawful for any person to impersonate, falsely assume to be or pretend to be an official peace officer of the city. (Ord. 306 §70, 1951).
