The Coos Bay/North Bend water board, the governing body vested with the management and operation of the water system of the cities of North Bend and Coos Bay, is authorized and directed to provide for the fluoride supplementation of the public water supply of the city of Coos Bay. [Ord. 71 § 1, 1986].
13.10.020 State regulations.
Fluoride supplementation of the city water supply shall comply with the regulations and recommendations of the Oregon State Health Division regarding fluoride supplementation of public water supplies. [Ord. 71 § 2, 1986].
