REASONABLE RESPONSE TIME FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES PERSONNEL

2.73.010 Established.
All ambulance, fire and police personnel shall ensure that he or she shall be able to respond to a summons to duty within 20 minutes for either emergency or normal shift requirements. [Ord. 95-03 § 2, 1995].
2.73.020 Review.
The requirements of CRMC 2.73.010 shall be reviewed and from time to time modified by resolution by the council. [Ord. 95-03 § 3, 1995].
