DRUG FUND

9.13.010 Fund established.
The city clerk-treasurer shall maintain a new account denominated the “Castle Rock Drug Enforcement Fund” which shall be held for the benefit of the Castle Rock police department in the acquisition of materials, equipment, and contributions as deemed reasonably necessary to effectuate investigations, arrests, and conviction of individuals who are engaged in illegal activity, including but not limited to possession, use, and sale of controlled substances in violation of the city ordinances of the city of Castle Rock and state and federal statutes.
