MINOR USE AND POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS

A person under the age of 18 who purchases or attempts to purchase or obtains or attempts to obtain cigarettes or tobacco products commits a Class 3 civil infraction under Chapter 7.80 RCW and is subject to a fine as set out in Chapter 7.80 RCW or participation in a smoking cessation program, or both. 9.14.020 Violations.
All violations which occur within the city limits and which have been designated as civil infractions may be heard and determined by the Castle Rock municipal court. [Ord. 97-05 § 3, 1997].
