LIMITED TIME PARKING AND LOADING

10.16.010 Parking time limit.
No person shall park, allow, or permit a motor vehicle to be parked for a period in excess of 120 consecutive minutes between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on any street where official signs so designate. [Ord. 2009-02 § 2, 2009].
10.16.020 Parking by yellow curb.
No person shall park a motor vehicle, whether occupied or not, except temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading property or passengers at any curb or edge of the roadway, where said curb or edge of the roadway is painted yellow by the city. [Ord. 469 § 2, 1978].
10.16.030 Citation issuance and payment – Violation of CRMC 10.16.010.
If any motor vehicle is allowed to remain parked in excess of 120 minutes in violation of CRMC 10.16.010, an infraction will be issued and placed on the front window of such motor vehicle. [Ord. 2007-03 § 3, 2007; Ord. 469 § 3, 1978].
10.16.040 Citation issuance and payment – Violation of CRMC 10.16.020.
If any motor vehicle is parked in violation of CRMC 10.16.020, a citation will be issued and placed on the front window of said motor vehicle. The penalty for so parking shall be the sum of $5.00 provided said penalty is paid within 30 days from the date of issuance of said citation. [Ord. 469 § 4, 1978].
10.16.050 Summons issuance – Penalty.
