REGIONAL JAIL FUND REVOLVING ACCOUNT

1.130.030 Annual reimbursement.
1.130.010 Established.
A revolving account, to be known as the “Regional Jail Fund Revolving Account,” shall be increased to the amount of eight thousand dollars. (Res. 91-31, 3/11/91; Res. 85-55 § 1, 4/6/85: Res. 84-34 § 1, 4/17/84).
1.130.020 Expenditures.
(a) Use of said fund shall be limited to expenditures properly chargeable to the regional jail fund.
(b) All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying all transactions. (Res. 85-55 §§ 3, 4, 4/6/85; Res. 84-34 §§ 3, 4, 4/17/84).
1.130.030 Annual reimbursement.
The revolving account shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount as soon as possible after December 31st of each year while the prior year’s budget is still available. (Res. 85-55 § 5, 4/6/85: Res. 84-34 § 5, 4/17/84).
