RJC PRISONER FUND

1.131.010 Established.
A revolving fund in the amount of one thousand dollars is established for the RJC prisoner fund.
This fund shall be known as the “RJC prisoner revolving fund.”
Custodian of this fund shall be the Jail Records Supervisor.
All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying transactions.
The revolving fund shall be reimbursed to its full authorized amount prior to the end of each budget year. (Res. 2009-129, 11/30/09; Res. 96-18, 2/13/96).
