BAD CHECK FEE

Offices of Chelan County are authorized to collect a bad check fee not to exceed twenty-five dollars for bank checks dishonored by nonpayment. (Res. 99-112 (part), 9/13/99; Res. 96-98 (part), 8/27/96; Res. 82-51 (part), 5/25/85).
1.66.020 Collection by suit.
Nothing in this chapter shall limit the right of Chelan County to collect a fee in excess of twenty-five dollars in cases in which suit is filed on dishonored bank checks under the provisions of RCW 62A.3-515. (Res. 96-98 (part), 8/27/96: Res. 82-51 (part), 5/25/82).
