1.76.020 Operation of fund.

The board authorizes the sheriff’s department to draw a revolving fund in the amount of three hundred dollars from the advanced expenditures loan department of current expense. The case file itself referred to on these slips must contain a documented detail of expenditures including the serial number of each bill used and the exact date and payee to provide for a detailed audit. (Res. 638-E (part), April 6, 1970 at Vol. D pages 224, 225).

1.76.030 Voucher—End of year accounting.

No later than the tenth of January of each year the voucher must be presented to take care of the final obligations of the preceding calendar year so that all expenditures from that calendar year will reflect against the budget for that same year. (Res. 638-E (part), April 6, 1970 at Vol. D pages 224, 225).

The fund shall be made available at any time for examination by the division of municipal corporations or by the auditor of Chelan County. (Res. 638-E (part), April 6, 1970 at Vol. D pages 224, 225).

1.76.050 Confiscated money to be placed in current expense fund.

Any money expended from this fund that is confiscated and later ordered returned by any court having jurisdiction or recovered in any fashion must be placed in the Chelan County current expense fund. (Res. 638-E (part), April 6, 1970 at Vol. D pages 224, 225).
