5.27.030 Application of Chapter 5.01 FMC.

5.27.010 Adoption.
Chapter 18.170 RCW, and all amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein; provided, the provisions set forth below shall, in addition to Chapter 18.170 RCW, be applicable. (Ord. 1901 § 2, 2015; Ord. 1217 § 42, 1996. Formerly 5.24.010).
5.27.020 License – Fees.
Any business requiring licensing under Chapter 18.170 RCW shall be required to submit proof of such license to the license officer by providing a copy of the state license. (Ord. 1901 § 2, 2015; Ord. 1255 § 17, 1996; Ord. 1217 § 43, 1996. Formerly 5.24.020).
5.27.030 Application of Chapter 5.01 FMC.
In addition to the foregoing provisions of this chapter and Chapter 18.170 RCW, the applicant and/or the licensee shall be subject to the requirements and fees set forth in Chapter 5.01 FMC. (Ord. 1901 § 2, 2015; Ord. 1255 § 18, 1996; Ord. 1217 § 44, 1996. Formerly 5.24.030).
