5.28.030 Application of Chapter 5.01 FMC.
5.28.010 Adoption.
Chapter 46.80 RCW, and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein; provided, the provisions set forth below shall, in addition to Chapter 46.80 RCW, be applicable. (Ord. 1217 § 45, 1996).
5.28.020 License – Fees.
Any individual requiring licensing under Chapter 46.80 RCW shall be required to submit proof of such license to the license officer by providing a copy thereof. (Ord. 1255 § 19, 1996; Ord. 1217 § 46, 1996).
5.28.030 Application of Chapter 5.01 FMC.
In addition to the foregoing provisions of this chapter and Chapter 46.80 RCW, the applicant and/or the licensee shall be subject to the requirements and fees set forth in Chapter 5.01 FMC. (Ord. 1255 § 20, 1996; Ord. 1217 § 47, 1996).
