2.28.010 Designated.

The city administrator shall be the auditing officer of the city.  (Ord. 1335 §1(part), 2005:  Ord. 1123 (part), 1994:  Ord. 965 §1, 1988)

2.28.020 Claim certification.

The auditing officer of the city shall be required, after an audit to all claims against the city, to authenticate and certify that all materials have been furnished, services rendered or labor performed as described, and that the claim in just, due and unpaid obligation against the city.  (Ord. 1335 §1(part), 2005:  Ord. 1123 (part), 1994:  Ord. 965 §2, 1988)

2.28.030 Countersigning of warrants.

The auditing officer of the city shall be required to countersign any and all warrants issued by the city.  (Ord. 1335 §1(part), 2005:  Ord. 1123 (part), 1994:  Ord. 965 §3, 1988)

2.28.040 Absence--Authority to act.

In the event of the absence of the auditing officer, the clerk-treasurer shall have the authority to act as auditing officer and has the authority to countersign any and all warrants.  (Ord. 1335 §1(part), 2005:  Ord. 1123 (part), 1994:  Ord. 965 §4, 1998)
