BOND OF CLERK-TREASURER

The city finance director, before entering upon the duties of his or her office, shall execute and file with the city finance director an official bond in the penal sum of $75,000 conditioned for the honest and faithful performance of his duties as required by the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city.
