The official newspaper of the city shall be the Tri-City Herald, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the city and a legal newspaper of Benton County, Washington. All official publications of the city shall be made in said newspaper. [Ord. 128 § 1.01].
1.08.020 Contract authorized.
The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate contract with the publisher of the Tri-City Herald for the purposes set forth in RMC 1.08.010. [Ord. 107 § 1.49; Ord. 128 § 1.02; Ord. 170].
