1.16.010 Hours for transacting business—Exceptions.

All Chelan County offices shall be kept open for the transaction of business from nine a.m. through five p.m. every day of the year except Saturdays and except for the legal holidays defined in RCW 1.16.050, as amended, and any other holiday which might be established by the board of county commissioners for good cause. (Res. 2010-33 (part), 3/22/10).

1.16.020 Alternate hours.

County offices may establish alternate hours. If less than those stated above, such hours of operations must be approved by the Chelan County board of commissioners and must be posted at least fourteen days prior to the effective change. Business hours if other than the prescribed hours must be posted on the main entrance to such department. (Res. 2010-33 (part), 3/22/10).

1.16.030 Official meeting days.

The board of county commissioners do hereby establish commissioners’ meetings on Mondays and/or Tuesdays from eight a.m. to five p.m. pursuant to RCW 36.32.080. (Res. 2010-33 (part), 3/22/10).
