MUNICIPAL COURT REVOLVING FUND

3.18.010 Created.

There is hereby created in the city of Puyallup, a fund to be known as the “municipal court revolving fund” (fund) as an imprest fund of the general fund. (Ord. 2484 § 1, 1996).

3.18.020 Purpose.

The purpose of the fund shall be to provide funds for the sole purpose of directly paying individuals for subpoena mileage and juror fees and mileage. (Ord. 2484 § 2, 1996).

3.18.030 Funds transfer.

The sum of $500.00 shall be transferred from the general fund to the fund. (Ord. 2484 § 3, 1996).

3.18.040 Operation, disbursements and replenishment.

The fund shall be operated in accordance with Part 3, Chapter 3, Section E on Petty Cash of the Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting Systems Manual for the state of Washington as presently constituted or hereafter amended. All disbursements shall be made in cash and the fund will be replenished by check in the same manner as replenishing an imprest petty cash fund. (Ord. 2484 § 4, 1996).
