There is adopted, and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein at length, that certain code known as the International Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, as amended by Chapter 51-52 WAC, which includes adoption of and amendments to the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code, the 2009 National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54) and the 2009 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (NFPA 58), and including Appendix Chapter A, published by the International Code Council, as the mechanical code of the city; provided, that Sections 106.3.3, 106.4.3, 106.4.4 and 106.5 are not adopted.
