There is adopted, and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein at length, that certain code known as the "Uniform Mechanical Code," 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, as amended by Chapter 51-42 of the Washington Administrative Code, including Appendices A, B, C, and D, as and for the Mechanical Code of the City, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk Treasurer.
