There is adopted, and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein at length, that certain code known as the Uniform Plumbing Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, as amended by Chapters 51-56 and 51-77 WAC, including Appendix Chapters A, B and I as amended; provided, that Chapter 7, Provisions for Sewers, not adopted by Chapters 51-56 and 51-77 WAC, is adopted; and further provided, that Uniform Plumbing Code Sections 103.3.4, 103.4 and 103.5.6 are not adopted.
