15.08.010 Based on cost.
The fee for interment shall be based on actual cost of interment and perpetual maintenance. Fees for other services shall be based on actual cost, except the interment of indigents, unknowns, and fetuses shall be as provided by the responsible agencies. (Code 1962 § 6-5)
