CHAPTER 2.38: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

2.38.010 ESTABLISHED.
There is established the Community Development Department.

2.38.020 FUNCTIONS.
(A) The functions of the Community Development Department include:
(1) administration and coordination of libraries; and
(2) administration and implementation of all borough parks and recreation programs; and
(3) administration of land selection, management, development and disposal of borough lands, excluding lands within the boundaries of the port district as designated in MSB 18.02.020, and management of tax foreclosed properties; and
(4) administration of tax foreclosure sales; and
(5) other related functions and duties as the manager may direct.

2.38.030 SUPERVISION.
The Community Development Department Director shall head the Community Development Department.
