(B)    Street address numbers. All street address numbers and numbers identifying buildings or lots adjacent to a street or public right-of-way in the borough are subject to the provisions of this chapter unless the building or lot is within the boundaries of a city which has established a street numbering system by ordinance.

(Ord. 84-119, § 2 (part), 1984)

11.20.020 UNIFORM GRID SYSTEMS.

Section 13 through 36    All within the

of each Township

boundaries of the

Matanuska-Susitna

Borough

(2)    The grid system shall start at the intersection of the George Parks Highway and Lucille Street. This point of origin defines the intersection of the east-west axis and the north-south axis.

(3)    Street numbers will be assigned to be consistent with the grid system of the city of Wasilla, if possible.

(C)    The Northwestern grid system is established for numbering of streets.

(1)    The Northwestern grid system is more particularly decribed as:

Township 20 North; Ranges 21 West through 6 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska

Section 1 through 12    All within the

of each township

boundaries of the

Matanuska-Susitna

Entire 36 Sections    All within the

of each township

boundaries of the

Matanuska-Susitna

of each township

boundaries of the

Matanuska-Susitna

Borough

(2)    The grid system shall start at the southeast corner of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 12 East, Seward Meridian. This point of origin defines the intersection of the east-west axis and the north-south axis.

(Ord. 96-086 SUB, § 2, 1996; Ord. 94-001AM, § 11 (part), 1994; Ord. 84-119, § 2 (part), 1984)
