6.08.010 Allowing to run at large.

It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person owning or having the care, custody, charge or control of any horse, mule, ass, hog, goat, sheep, bull, ox, cow or cattle, or any number of such animals, to suffer, permit or allow the same to run at large in or on any street, lane, alley, park or other public place, or in or on any unenclosed, private lot or premises in the city of Angels. 6.08.020 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail of Calaveras County for a period not to exceed one hundred days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 83 §3, 1921)
