"Driveway" means a vehicular pathway that serves no more than four residential units and any number of noncommercial or nonindustrial utility or miscellaneous Group U buildings, as defined by the California Building Code, on each parcel. "Turnaround" means an area which allows for a safe change of direction for fire apparatus at the end of a road or driveway.
