VIOLATIONS

10.4.01 Penalties.
Violations of the provisions of any chapter in this title shall be punishable in accordance with Section 1.2.01 of this code. Violations of conditions of a permit issued pursuant to Chapter 10.2 shall be deemed to be violations of that chapter. Violations of a supplemental policy adopted pursuant to Chapter 10.2 shall also be deemed a violation of that chapter. (Ord. 97-10, Added, 06/05/1997)
