3.24.010 Creation.

There is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the state gas tax improvement fund. (1964 Code § 2.8.)

3.24.020 Source of funds.

All moneys received by the city from the state under the provisions of the State Streets and Highways Code, Sections 180 to 207, for the acquisition of real property or interests therein for the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than state highways shall be paid into the state gas tax improvement fund created by CMC 3.24.010. (1964 Code § 2.9.)

3.24.030 Use of moneys.

All moneys in the state gas tax improvement fund created by CMC 3.24.010 shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to all of the provisions of Sections 180 to 207 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state. (1964 Code § 2.10.)
