14.06.010 Adoption of the California Administrative Code.
The 2025 California Administrative Code, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and adopted by the California Building Standards Commission as Part 1 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “code”), is hereby adopted by reference by the city of Dinuba, except as specifically repealed or amended, pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.06.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions, and amendments to the California Administrative Code hereafter approved and adopted by the state of California are incorporated into this code and made a part hereof. (Ord. 2025-04 § 2, 2025)
