14.16.010 Adoption.
The 2025 California Plumbing Code, as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and codified in the California Building Standards Code in Title 24, Part 5, of the California Code of Regulations based on the 2024 Uniform Plumbing Code (referred to as the “code” in this chapter), is hereby adopted by the city of Dinuba pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.16.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.

14.16.040 Copies on file.

14.16.050 Violation—Infraction.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including any violation of the provisions of the California Plumbing Code or any amendments, revisions, or supplements thereto, shall be guilty of an infraction.
