14.20.010 Adoption.
The 2025 California Electrical Code, based on the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and adopted with amendments by the California Building Standards Commission as Part 3 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (referred to in this chapter as the “code”), except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is hereby adopted by the city pursuant to California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.20.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.

14.20.050 Violation—Infraction.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including any violation of the provisions of the California Electrical Code or any amendments, revisions, or supplements thereto, shall be guilty of an infraction.
