14.45.010 Adoption.
The 2025 California Energy Code, as published by the International Code Council and adopted by the California Building Standards Commission as Part 6 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (referred to as the “code” in this chapter). except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is hereby adopted by reference, pursuant to Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive, of the California Government Code. 14.45.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
