CALIFORNIA GREEN BUILDING CODE

14.48.010 Adoption.
The 2025 California Green Building Code as adopted by the Building Standards Commission of the state of California and codified in the California Building Standards Code at Title 24, Part 11, of the California Code of Regulations, except as specifically repealed or amended by ordinance of the city of Dinuba, (referred to as the “code” in this chapter), is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to the California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.48.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions and amendments to the code as may be hereafter approved and adopted by the state are adopted and made a part of this code. (Ord. 2025-04 § 2, 2025)
14.48.040 Copies on file.
