14.49.010 Adoption of the California Wildlife-Urban Interface Code
The 2025 California Wildlife-Urban Interface Code, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and adopted by the Building Standards Commission of the state of California and codified in the California Building Standards Code at Title 24, Part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, except as specifically repealed or amended by ordinance of the city of Dinuba (referred to as the “code” in this chapter), is hereby adopted by reference, pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.49.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions, and amendments to the California Wildlife-Urban Interface Code hereafter approved and adopted by the state of California are incorporated into this code and made a part hereof. (Ord. 2025-04 § 2, 2025)
