11-11.1 Assumption of Responsibility for the Enforcement of the Mobilehome Parks Act.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 18300 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, the City assumes responsibility for the enforcement of the Mobilehome Parks Act, as contained in Division 13, Part 2.1 of the Health and Safety Code, commencing with Section 18200. (Code 1972 §18-1)
