The City of Mt. Shasta declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Cal. Penal Code Part 4, Title 4, Chapter 1. (Ord. 196 § 1, 1961)
2.24.020 Recruitment and training.
Pursuant to Cal. Penal Code § 13522, the City of Mt. Shasta while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said section will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officers’ Standards and Training. (Ord. 196 § 2, 1961)
