10.48.010 Parking restrictions.
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to park a vehicle in violation of City parking restrictions which have been either posted by one or more signs or designated by curb markings, and either of which were visible to such person at the time the vehicle was parked. 10.48.040 Adoption of parking restrictions.
Parking restrictions under this chapter shall be subject to approval by resolution of the City Council, which resolution may be approved, after notice to adjacent property owners, upon request of any person or on the initiative of the City Council or City staff. If the City Department of Public Works has indicated a parking restriction by posting or curb marking, it shall be conclusively presumed, for the purposes of enforcing any citation under Chapter 1.03 MSMC, Enforcement of Code, that the restriction has been duly approved by the City Council. 10.48.060 Violations.
Violations of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty to be enforced as provided in Chapter 1.03 MSMC, Enforcement of Code. (Ord. CCO-97-01, 1997)
