RAILROAD TRAINS

It shall be unlawful for any engineer, or any person, in charge of any railroad engine or train, to run, operate or drive the same in the City of Mt. Shasta at a rate of speed greater than 45 miles per hour. (Ord. 285 § 1, 1970)
10.60.020 Standing time limit.
It shall be unlawful for any operator of any train or train of cars to permit the same to remain standing so as to block the movement of traffic upon any street for a period of time longer than 10 minutes. (Ord. 285 § 2, 1970)
10.60.030 Penalty for violation.
