12.20.010 Posting restrictions.

It shall be unlawful to post, stick, stamp, paint or otherwise affix any notice, placard, bill, poster or advertisement to or upon any sidewalk, crosswalk, curbing, hydrant, shade, tree or tree box, fence, enclosure or building or upon any telegraph, telephone or electric lighting pole, without first obtaining permission of the owner, agent or caretaker thereof, but this provision shall not apply to legal or public official notices that by law are required to be posted. 12.20.020 Offensive or dangerous material.

No person shall allow to be or to remain on his premises or throw into any street, alley or place or in any excavation or upon the grounds or premises of another, any matter, thing, substance, or liquid whatsoever, if the same be either offensive to sight or smell, inflammable or dangerous to health or such act be contrary to the good order or well-being of the inhabitants of the City.
