15.32.010 Adoption of California Plumbing Code.
The City Council of the City of Mt. Shasta does hereby adopt the provisions of the current edition of the California Plumbing Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Plumbing Code”), and all future amendments or revisions thereto, as mandated by the State of California, for the control and regulation of plumbing installation for water and sewer systems within buildings, or structures, or buried within earth. If there are conflicts between the Plumbing Code and this Municipal Code, the Plumbing Code shall prevail unless this code is more restrictive. (Ord. CCO-00-02, 2000; Ord. 389 § 1, 1981)
15.32.030 Violation – Penalty.
