8.14.010 Adoption of county ordinance by reference.

The provisions of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances concerning permitting and regulation of wholesale food warehouses, codified at Sections 61.212 through 61.256 of the San Diego County Code and any subsequent revisions or corrections to these sections, are incorporated into this code by reference. 8.14.020 San Diego County enforcement.

The County of San Diego, or any successive designee of the City Manager, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter regarding wholesale food warehouses pursuant to an agreement with the City of Poway for the provision of certain services related to public health and sanitation by the County of San Diego within the City of Poway. The City Manager is authorized to enter into any supplemental or modified agreement with the County of San Diego, or any successive designee of the City Manager, that may be required to effect this purpose. 8.14.030 Fees.

The County of San Diego shall retain all fees and charges collected by it in the performance of its duties in regulating wholesale food warehouse owners or operators pursuant to PMC 8.14.010. (Ord. 585 § 1, 2003)
