5-23-100 Unlawful, motor vehicle.
It shall be unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs to be in or near any motor vehicle, in any public place, or any street or alley or highway in the City of San Juan Bautista, unless the same is under the immediate control or operation of a person not under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs.
5-23-105 Unlawful, public place.
It shall be unlawful for any person to be under the influence of intoxicating or narcotic drugs in any public place, or any street or alley or highway in the City of San Juan Bautista.
5-23-110 Violation.
A violation of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor.
