5-24-100 Discharge weapon.
It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol, or other firearm or to use any gun, pistol or toy pistol, or toy cannon, or any other fire-arm for the purpose of firing off caps, blank cartridges or other explosive device; or to use any rubber flipper, sling or slingshot, or air gun, or other device for the purpose of throwing lead or stones or any other hard substance, within the limits of the City of San Juan Bautista, except in a duly licensed shooting gallery.
5-24-105 Hydrants, tampering.
It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with or injure any town hydrant; or take water therefrom without permission so to do from the City.
5-24-110 Hitch to hydrant.
It shall be unlawful for any person to tie or hitch any horse or mule or team to any City hydrant or lamp post.
5-24-115 Destruction of fire apparatus.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously injure or destroy any fire house, hose, carriage, or other fire apparatus; or to drive any vehicle over any fire hose in the City.
